ONVIF Support

OvrC Pro supports ONVIF (Open Network Video Interface Forum) to monitor and troubleshoot surveillance devices that aren't OvrC-enabled. After scanning the surveillance devices in the OvrC Location, select the equipment in the Device list and enter the ONVIF credentials of the camera/NVR on the ONVIF tab.

Note: ONVIF may need to be enabled in the camera/NVR. Refer to the manufacturer's documentation for assistance.

After configuration, OvrC can pull as much information as the manufacturer allows us to. Including:

• Manufacturer

• Model

• Serial number

• Firmware version

You can also perform a soft reboot (restarts without interrupting power) and firmware updates.
